1 Cup Almonds
1.75 Cups Oats
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
.5 tsp Cinnamon
.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 Cup All Natural Peanut Butter
.5 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1.5 tsp Vanilla
in a food processor chop the almonds and then the oats.
Place the almonds and coconut on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 6-8 min and let cool.
Mix almonds, oats, coconut, cinnamon and salt well.
in another bowl add the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla
Mix wet and dry ingredients.
press the mixture onto a 9x9 baking dish and let cool for one to two hours.
portion and serve!
keep in the refrigerator for best consistency
