Owner Adam Sturm is a 2007 graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Adam has been in the Food Service industry since 2000. Growing up on a small farm embedded the "farm to table concept" into his head at a very young age. This mind-set has pushed him to not only produce high quality nutritional products in a restaurant environment, but also extend these opportunities to the community so they can be enjoyed at home. With the support of his family and friends, Adam hopes to provide the Upstate area with the ingredients for a healthy and enriched lifestyle.
Adam's Mobile Market is connecting farms to families by bringing fresh produce directly to your community. The market was developed by combining the quality of a high end produce market with the accessibility of a food truck. Adam will be available to offer healthy cooking tips and information about the local farms and producers of the products on board.
